Default AKo vs QQ vs QQ - runner runner flush odds

Looking for the odds of catching running cards to make a flush that doesn't match the AKo. This eliminates half the deck before the flop that can hit. Here is what I've come up with.

Pick up two to the flush that does not match the AKo:
12/50 - .24
Turn one of the remaining flush cards:
10/47 - .2127
River one of the flush:
9/46 - .1956

Multiple them togather for 0.009990749.

Is my math right?

There are 46 unseen cards, with 12 unseen flush cards, so the probability of flopping the 3-flush is C(12,2)*34 / C(46,3) =~ 1.478%. You would then multiply this by 10/43 * 9/42 to get the probability of making a runner-runner by the river. This would not include flopping a 4-flush.
