Blinds 300/600, I have 14k, Bb has 5k, Chipleader at table has 33k

Chipleader has limped a lot of hands, been very passive, haven't seen them raise pf, makes some weak calls on low boards like bottom two and such.

BB checks, Chipleader bets 1100 into 2100 pot. 4 spots off money, do I really need to force a confrontation here with TP (not good) and a nut low draw? Seems very likely they at least have a 6 here and I'd rather not draw to half-pot for my entire stack. Fold ok or too weak?
