Default Optimal Air

I was just wondering... what do you think the approximate percentage that you need to have a "worthless" hand (SC's, low PP) to 3-bet preflop in order to disguise the times that you 3-bet with your AA/KK/QQ/AKs

EDIT: My guess is around 20-15%, far more than most people 3-bet with.

i lower my frequency of 3 betting KK/AA instead of raising the frequency of other hands. all dependent on # players in the pot, my position, size of pot, etc.
