Default Checkpoints to ones game?

Running bad/playing bad running good/playing good

What checkpoints do you have to tell your self when you got game and when you are off.

What boosts your game, and what throws you off?

Winning boosts my game, losing throws it off. This is actually a major problem in my game. I can play perfect for 5 hours, lose a 60/40 hand and bust out of a tourny and all of a sudden I'm playing crappy poker for a week. I got a serious case of poker manic depressive syndrom.
