Default Hand range raising from the blinds?

I've seen lots of threads about a starting hand chart, but the one I've seen doesn't discuss raising from the SB/BB (still, a very nice starter chart, don't get me wrong).

I think the bulk of my preflop passivity is from the blinds. Does anyone have suggestions raising out of the blinds? I know much depends on reads, but like the starting hand chart, I'm looking for some guidelines from which to start. I can extend from there based on experience and reads.

Seems like the range revolves around 2 main axies: raised vs unraised, and HU vs 3-5 handed.

Lacking anything better, I've started going by the SSH "loose" chart. Loose not because it's 5+ handed much, but loose becuase I figure the hand ranges I'm up against probably more closely fit loose than tight.

Default Re: Hand range raising from the blinds?

unraised I raise when:
- Given the amount of others players in the pot and their possible or likely holdings, I have a preflop equity advantage

when already raised, I 3bet when:
- Depending on the position of the raiser and his stats, my hole-cards are likely at least as good if not better than his.
- (I'm in the SB) I want to isolate the original raiser. This often happens vs steals.
- (I'm in the BB) My hand is strong and I have an equity advantage.

(edit - this is really simplified, reads and how the flop will play out affect it greatly)
