The Big Blind!
Considering our play in the big blind accounts for about 20% of our hands, and a difference as little as .05 BB in our winrate changes our overall winrate by 1 BB, it is obviously very important to know how to play there. So, although I know there are many different styles of defending/playing in the BB, I was wondering what sort of stats people had from the BB.
If you filter in PT so that you are only playing 5-6 hands, and are the BB, what are your stats? Mine... VPIP: 22 PRF: 12.5 W$WSF: 32 WTSD: 30 W$SD: 42 Folded BB to steal: 60 I don't really know what most of these numbers mean, other then the fact that I probably don't defend enough. Underdefending might be ok for me though, as I am a bit clueless when it comes to blind defense. |

Re: The Big Blind!
VPIP: 19.75
PRF: 8.63 W$WSF: 31.59 WTSD: 27.17 W$SD: 54.25 Folded BB to steal: 60 I really suck at blind defense. I think though that I would defende more if people were more aggressive. There is really no point defending vs a guy who raises 4% with J10o, right? |

A lot of people who don't raise much preflop suddenly raise a lot more hands when it is folded to them on the CO or button. |
