Default Double flop holdem

In previous post I mentioned that I am going to play 10$/10$ dealer's choice game. Ive just heard that you can choose "double flop holdem there" (2flops nad the pot is split into 2 equal parts for each flop). Ive never heard about that game. Any articles/discussion about it ? any quick tips ?

An archive search turned up this thread from September. I put a link to a Cardplayer article which wasn't particularly enlightening. The game discussed in the thread is somewhat different since it has a shared river card.
