cleaning KEM cards

I have had a deck of KEM cards for about a month now and it's starting to feel sticky. How do I clean the deck? Well basically, what is the proper way of cleaning a deck of KEM cards.

Kem playing cards will last a remarkably long time with proper care. To get maximum life from your cards, please keep in mind the following:

Use cold water, a soft cloth, and a mild neutral soap (soap is not always necessary). Never use hot water to wash your cards.
Rub very lightly on both sides and rinse quickly.
Dry immediately using a clean, soft cloth.
Clean only a few cards at a time to ensure proper drying.
Once cloth-dryed, spread your cards on a table and allow to air-dry up to one hour per side; avoid direct sunlight or close proximity to heating elements.
Never use detergent or alkaline soap.
Never place cards in a washing machine.
Never put cards away while still wet.
Always play on a soft, dye-proof table.
Never store cards in direct sunlight or in close proximity to heating elements.
