I'd call rather than 3 bet the flop. Given the way you played it, the turn fold is okay.

with the given action vs. this particular opponent you're drawing to 2 outs about 99.99% of the time here. i think your fold is just fine.

So you call. Turn comes a brick. BB checks and Villain bets. Are you folding?

NH. I have to put utg on AA or KK, and possibly JJ. The only other hand I could put him on would be QQ, but that seems like too much of a long shot given you have QQ and it would only result in a chop anyway.

Evan,

If you want to take this to showdown unless SB and UTG get into a raising war, then calling the flop looks better to me too. But three betting the flop helped define UTG's holding in this hand.

The odds are good enough to call a flop cap for a two outer, so could it have been better to three bet for that reason? I'm not sure because there is a danger that UTG could then stop and go by just calling the flop three bet which would tend to trap us on the turn and river.

nice hand. The flop raising defines villains hand, which is obviously better than yours.
