two hands from 50K MTT near FT?

right these are two hands from the games i playd last night online 50K prise pool.
first of all i image on this table is a maniac.very aggressive player who doesnt know how to play at all.
10 ppl left and i have been on this table for a while during which i tried a resteal with T9 from an loose EP player who happend to have KK but i won.and also another resteal with 86 against 55 which i won.(which is why they think im a manian)

my stack 120K and i get dealt AJo.
im UTG+1.
UTG fold
Me raise to 50K.
villan on the button with 150K goes all in .
whats my play.
also they have seen me fold to a reraise a couple of times on this table.

FT of the same tourny .
5 ppl left .
blinds at 10K/20K.
my stack is 150K.
UTG fold to me and i raise to 60K .
evry one folds to the BB who is a loose aggresive player who has had a few steal attemps canceld recently and now calls with stack of 250K.

FLOP : 9 8 2 rainbow.
villan Checks.
i go all in and villan and shows 98 and holds up to bust me out in 5th.
should i have open/pushed KK or os that not getting enough value for KK?
