I think it's very unlikely he's betting into the pf raiser on the flop and folding the turn. He's just as likely to checkraise you. Take the free card.

Since he posted preflop, CO have a wide range of hands but given that he called your preflop raise and then bet into you he probably hit the flop. Probably just call here and then call down if no heart comes or raise if it does. |

Without a read, I take the free card. Pretty good chance that CO donked into us with a good but not great made hand.

I have seen some people try the donk bet on the flop and then they feel obliged to call the flop raise but will fold UI on the turn. edit. I wonder what hand he had since he folded the river and not the turn. |
