Party NL50 tight?

Aren't these games supposed to be soft?
The other site I play at in the daytime/evening (CET time) seems way looser/weaker than party. Rarely below 4 limpers and VERY rarely you don't get a call with a 5xBB raise. Even at the NL 100 and NL 200 level.
I joined party a week ago to play when the tables are empty at my regular site, but the pp tables (full ring NL 50) seem very tight. I try to pick the tables with the highest avr pot but they still don't seem very good. I've only played 4000 hands sofar though, so maybe I've just been unlucky with my table selection?
