The Making of a Nut Flush
Is it just me or do lots of people seem to go crazy when 3 suited cards are on the board and one of them is the Ace of that suit:
eg) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I've seem so many of these boards with a bet, a raise, a reraise, etc. It's as if people forget what the nuts are in these cases. Have others noticed similar trends, or it is simply low-limit craziness. Obviously, suited aces are played more frequently than a suited K, but why do people seem inclined to raise up their suited Js in these cases? |
