Default 99 hand river

Table has been like 40/5 after 2.5 orbits. Villain is a big fish (70/0/.28), but has been tricky--slowplayed a set and raised me on the river in a previous hand.

Also, thanks to Aaron_ for the converter!

Check/call or bet/fold
Can't decide. Although I take the first one since it gets you a showdown.

Bet/fold

Yes propably, since you miss a value bet in case you are ahead and villain checks behind you.

Definitely bet/fold. This type of villain is never bluff-raising here and you will be missing a lot of value by not betting.

Sorry, meant 3-bet preflop, not on the flop.

I bet/call the river. It's a big pot, and I just can't fold here to a "tricky" donkey. Even though he is passive I think you probably get bluff-raised here more often than you think. Check/call is also an option if you think he'll bluff here when checked to.

In my experience donks tend to bluff-raise more obvious river cards - i.e. the board pairs, a flush hits, 3 or 4 to a str8 on the board etc. i don't think a donk would bluff-raise representing a 9-10 or pair of jacks ... (although the latter is way more likely).
