Your raise is so small that any hand has implied odds to call and see a flop. You should be making it $6 or $7 standard when raising in this situation. On the flop, don't worry about trying to look weak and induce callers. A king flopped, so your opponents are generally going to put you on AK and go from there. Furthermore, if you always bet 2/3-full pot on Ace or King-high flops after you raise preflop, it will help disguise your hand when you really do hit. |
