Rules are rules
€ 10/10 no limit in Amsterdam.
One or two limpers, button makes it 60. Loose SB, who usually plays tournaments, reraises to 160. Button goes all in for 6 or 700. SB says 'I call' and throws two tens face up in the middle of the table. Dealer thinks he folded and starts shoving the pot to the button, but SB objects. Button insists that SB killed his hand by opening it. Floor is called, and the button keeps objecting. But it is decided that the hand will be played. Button keeps his hand closed. Board is some low cards, a K and a Q. Button then proudly flips up.. JJ |

Re: Rules are rules
not to be a dick but what's the point of this post? I think I'm missing something.

Re: Rules are rules
hm I guess I should have posted it in B&M. It just struck me as odd. The guy kept bitching about how the other guy's hand should be folded, while it was in his own best interest to play it out. That's all.

Re: Rules are rules
Yeah. I liked it.
There was a similar-ish thread to this ages ago about angle-shooting. No, I'm not gonna find a link to it. |
