advice for online pay, dell 2001 (Canada)

I'm looking at getting a dell 2001fp but I don't have a credit card. On the dell site they have "Internet Banking" as an option but no description of what it is. I never buy anything online but I assume I can pay through my bank like I pay a regular bill. Also, if anyone knows of any stores in Canada, especially Vancouver and cheap, that sell/ship the 2001 that would also be helpful.
