I definitely don't raise here because then he probably will push with a made hand as well as a draw. So either just fold or push, Im leaning against folding without a read. I think that either he has you crushed or it's a coinflip.

Of course he CAN have an overpair but I don't pay $400 for that information.

How often have you seen a 2 pair hand or better playing it like that?

This looks to me like an overpair that you have beat.

Yeah it means I call the flop, they push the turn, I call and win.

Don't most people slowplay their made hands (sets, straights) in these situations and overbet vulnerable hands (overpairs comes to mind) so you won't draw out on their pretty hand?
