Default fold TPTK here?

I raise the pot after 1 limper from early position with AK. limper and 2 other callers to the flop.

Flop: K 6 4 unsuited

I bet pot, then get raised the pot by the guy behind me. The others fold.

Do I call here, which is tantamount to going all-in?

I have no info. on the other player.

Results in white below:
I called and he had 64s for flopped two pair.

Not sure how he cold called my raise preflop with that, but he won my stack.

general rule of thumb is that when you raise, flop comes K or A high and your bet gets raised, that your TPTK is no good....you represented it and got raised. I generally fold to this ONCE. If the same guy tries it repeatedly you have to at some point gamble....first time in, I figure i'm up against a set or two pair unless the board is real draw happy like straighty/flushy. I'd fold here. Top pair at no limit isn't that strong a hand...even 2 pair isn't that strong....i'm not looking to play a big pot with it. I routinely call with 64s by the way especially in position...i'd have probably folded in early position, but the reason you play hands like 64s is so that you can stack people that don't know how to fold TPTK.

The information for the first 2 questions is essentially in my post.

The raise is the pot.

The stacks are enough to put me almost all-in with his pot raise.

The last question is not relevant, but it is $25 NL on Full Tilt.

sorry, guess i was looking out for more of a numbers thing.

i'm one of the people who have a pretty hard time getting rid of TPTK.. with a rainbow flop i would probably put him on K with weaker kicker or trips.. i wouldnt imagine someone with the cards he actually had calling a pf raise.

but then again, ive been burned by that a few times.

You are either way ahead or way behind.
