What should i do on this turn, with this potsize, compared to his stacksize? Is flop bet okay?

I only see you being ahead of a club draw, so I'd bet it as if he's on the club draw to block a river buy. Fold to a reraise or a river club.

I most certainly check turn and pray for a Queen. I also fold to pretty much any river bet.
