Default Set VS draw heavy board

Ok, I know I played this badly. I just dont know how. Please critique on all streets. Should I overbet the pot on the flop?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

No, the potbet was fine.

Tough spot on the turn, but I probably would had call as well. Why would he overbet with the straight, and I definitely dont think he has a set because he just limped preflop...

In the converter, there is a way to select which format you want. Select 2+2, it'll fix the colors. Hand looks fine. Sometimes I checkraise turn.
