Canadian Casinos - Where to play?
Me and some friends are only 18 (some 19) and we want to go to Canada sometime over the summer to go to some casinos (we know there are some in the U.S. that 18 is the age but hey, we want to be able to drink legally as well!). Poker games are definately a plus (low-limit HE, O8) but not a requirement. So what cities/casinos would be ideal? It needs to be someplace where the legal drinking age is 18, and preferably someplace East, and preferably southern part of the country.

Re: Canadian Casinos - Where to play?
In Halifax they have a card room, think the leagal drinking age is 19. Toronto has one at CasinoRama, but its 19 for everything i belive. There's one on the boarder ( in the US ) near Cornwall, called Akwasasne Mohawk casino, its 18 to play 21 to drink and they play in US funds. I belive thats about it for the eastern part of canada. hope this helps

Re: Canadian Casinos - Where to play?
I'm sure there's some casinos offered in Windsor, Ontario, which is sort of near Detroit. And there's always Montreal, but I don't think they offer poker.
You can look up just about every casino by location, age requirements, and games offered at www.BigCasinoList.com I find it to be helpful and informative, and it won't send you into pop-up hell. I'm not spamming, I just happen to think it's a good site. |

Do you know if there is anywhere in Canada where the legal Drinking age is 18? I thought there was, maybe I was mistaken though.
