Default Has this ever happened?

I was wondering what the odds would be of a player amking both a Royal Flush and a a2345 straight flush on the same hand and whether it has ever happened in the history of Omaha/8?

Stud - The board would have to have an ace, and also 23, 24, 25, 34, 35, or 45 in the same suit - and there would also be six possible combinations on the high side. So 6*6*4 because there are four suits, 144 different ways to do it in all, out of 2598960 possible five card boards. And then the hand of the player would have to be one specific four card combination for each of the 144 possible different boards, so one out of 178365 possible four card hands for each five card board after the five card board was decided.

So (144/2598960)*(1/178365) = ~3.106*10^-10 would be the probability.

Odds against it would be 3,219,190,974 to 1.

Conceptually it seems an easy counting problem. However, no guarantees I punched the numbers correctly into my calculator.
