Pacific Card Mod

I would like to replace Pacific Poker's deck with the one from PokerStars, but am not sure how. Both decks are bitmaps, but the Stars' deck is 52 files and the Pacific deck is one big image. The only editing program I have is Paint, am I up a creek or can this be done?

i dont know about being able to import the stars cards into pacific, but chip liter has a good mod for pacific catds that are a considerable improvement, including a 4 color deck option.
