Default nhl system picks 10/25



Total record YTD: 8-15
Total units YTD: +1.6

Penguins -1.5 (+225) vs. Panthers
Avalanche -1.5 (+180) vs. Oilers
Coyotes -1.5 (+180) vs. Blues

Ick . . . this system - while quite possibly solid - certainly puts one in the position of making counter-intuitive picks. I was thinking that you could call it Fridgejumper, but that's a little lame.

You're telling me... I try not to throw up when I post some of them, but I've got to continue to be loyal to the system until I'm down 400 units or so [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Which might not be too far away if the system keeps picking the yotes. I dont know much about hockey but being from AZ I do know they get about 5 shots on goal a game [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]

Nah, that's just variance. You need 50,000 bets minimum before you can establish a winrate.

They were +170ish when the lines opened this morning, just missed the cut off. Fear not, I dont miss much.

Hmm, got them at +180 when it opened. The only one of your list that I like (col a bit too).

Wow, aren't you glad the Oilers absolutely suck right now and had an absolute meltdown so that the Avs could cover the spread? Or do you only bet the money line?
