Default $7.50 Bodog $200 guaranteed

Final 4 at the table.

Payout is as follows:

4th $200
3rd $275
2nd $400
1st $650

Blinds are 3000/6000

Stacks are:
HERO BB 80,000
UTG 32,000
Button 125,000
SB 85,000

UTG folds. Button min-raises to 12,000. SB calls. Hero is the BB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and makes it 36,000 to play.

Button folds. SB thinks until the VERY last second and calls.

Flop comes A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB checks with ~50,000 left. Hero thinks for a second and pushes his remaining into the ~85,000 chip pot.

Standard play or check behind to see a free card???

Results to come.

Yea, the pot is too big to fold this no matter what comes. Might as well push them in now, and hope for the best.

Push preflop.

Given the way it went down, if you have no plan on folding, then you should figure out which line gets you more of his chips.

I actually like pushing here because it doesn't look like an A and he may look you up with a T or other PP you beat.

I was thinking checking behind to induce a bluff, but with that many chips in the pot, a check looks scarier than a push.

Woodguy

The push on flop is ok here.

I'd push preflop though since I don't want to put 50% of my stack into play. Might aswell get them in there instantly and increasing my chance to take it down immediately.

Thanks for the replies guys. I ended up pushing and villian flipped over AJ and i busted out 4th for $200.

My friends thought I made a bad play with the push, but I felt it was the right play.
