Default getting rid of small bills at the cage

is this considered bad form? i have way too many $20s and would like to change them into $100s at the cage. i'm uncomfortable doing this at my bank. but i wonder if the cage wouldn't like this. i could always buy big chips with them, stick them in my pocket, and then cash them out later. is that also bad form? i'm sure the cage staff is trained to look out for people washing their money. not that i'm doing that. it's just that these local cardrooms are always cashing me out in $20s so when i go to AC i look to get rid of them. yes, i'm also buying in with the $20s but i got more.
