Default BB Hand

Ok I got K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] on the bb. No reads on the table. Party 1/2.

Preflop:

First guy to act calls, second guy calls everyone folds to me, I check.

Flop:10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img](3.50 in the middle)

I bet out right away, guy in first position who called raises me, second guy folds. I call.

Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img](7.50 in the middle)

I check because I am a moron, he bets, I call.

River: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img](11.50 in the middle)

I check, he bets, I call.

I hated my turn play because I should have bet and if he raises I fold. The reason I checked was because I had an inside straight draw and I figured a king would win it too, but then again I suck at limit holdem so what do I know.

Thoughts?

Edit:Forgot pot size.

3-bet the flop and lead. it helps to know something about him, but on average there aren't that many hands that beat you here. TT, 99, 22, AT, and T9 basically. weaker T hands, OESDs, second pair hands also could raise.

now that's like the worst turn card ever, but if you 3-bet and get raised there i think you'd have to call with your extra gutshot outs. if you miss it (and your other outs), you could check fold the river.

I dont think its bad vs a standard opponent.

What do we put villain on? Perhaps AJs-A2s,AJ-A8,KQ-K10,KQs-87s,AA-22(some people love to slowplay aces preflop..)QJs-Q10s,J10s. So you are ahead vs a lot of hands here. The hands that beat you are 109s,A10,1010,99,22. So we have an egde and naturally bet. When we get raised we can narrow the range down to A10,K10,Q10s,J10s,109s,1010,99,22. Vs this range we suck so we call. When the J falls we should probably seriously consider folding but we have a gutshot so we call. On the river we are probably good 1/5 so we call catching the occasional bluff and chop with K10.

Ps. I am new to this hand reading thing so I may be WAY off base.

You said to 3 bet, I suck at limit so I got a few questions.

Suppose I do that and he caps, do I bet out on the turn?

Also if he were to raise me when I bet out on the turn do I give up and fold?

I dont know how I would play the hand afterwards.

I'd 3-bet the flop. See asterisk.
