I think they will both call if I bet, and I'm somewhat sure MP will bet if checked to, but what do you do here?

Since the river puts 3 to a flush and is such a connected board, your bet is good. If you check, MP could bet, button might fold, and your raise only gets you 2 BB. MP might also check through. If you bet, they both might call, or BB might raise and you can 3-bet.

Looks fine to me.
