Given all the action on 5th I'm almost certain villain just hit trip kings. Everywhere I've read says it's never much of a mistake if you never fold trips though I'm beggining to wonder how true that is since somtimes it's just so obvious that you just to throw it away. I'm sure I could have saved a lot of money doing so in recent months. Is this one of those times?

Am curious about this spot as well, so I have nothing really to offer.

Here I call down though given the fact you can boat, backdoor a low or a flush, it can be assumed you'll be getting bets from seat 6 in here too I'd imagine.

Would not be surprised if I'm wrong though.

It sure looks like split Kings. Could also be Queens/Jacks? Maybe a raise on fifth and fold to a re-raise? That doesn't seem definitive because of your board. He may just call thinking you have the low or re-raise two pair there.

If you really don't think (AA)K is in his range and he's not crazy, you can do the math (you can assume you are drawing to a scoop). I'm not folding. The pot is huge. I suspect the math will tell you that worst case, it's a small loss.

two things on fifth. THe pot is rather large and you KNOW he hasn't boated yet. If he has trips (which it kinda looks like it) you have a much better chance of improving than he does. Also you have a shot at a low. I call fifth and heck, I call to showdown too.
