Poker Tracker Stats help

How can I convert the stats from Poker tracker so I can include them in a post on this forum.

What do u mean by convert?
If u mean literally put them into a post then u need to take a screenshot.

Hit prtscn
Then paste that into paintbrush.
Then u need to host that image and link it too ur post.

sorry for the ignorance, but after printscreen I don't know what hosting and linking mean. Is there a way for me to just copy and paste?

host means, you have to put it on the internet somewhere.

I don't think you can paste directly into 2+2.

You can host your images for free with Yahoo Photos. www.yahoo.com

the next part is to link the image to 2+2, so just copy the url into the body of the post.
