Bad Beat Tables and MGR
Just curious if they extra money taken at the badbeat tables goes towards the players MGR?

If it did, it would only be the "administrative fee" on the jp. So, 5 cents out of the 50.

nope, goes right to partys poket. wouldnt be surprised if they deducted a bbj from a players MGR... btw, they dont, but im sure they will soon!!!!!!!!

This is the actual effect of their jackpot distribution procedure that uses some of the prize money to reseed the jackpot. The easiest way to see that I am right is to read the rules and note that for every $7 actually paid out to players they take $1 as fee. 1:7 = 1/8 = 12.5%. Party keeps all the fee money for itself. It is not included in MGR. I consider the suggestion that jackpot prizes will eventually be deducted from MGR to be most improbable. First it would bankrupt many affiliates who cannot possibly tolerate the risk of having $100000 suddenly deducted from their account. Second, jackpot prizes are money that players bet and other players win. Deducting them from MGR would be no different than deducting the pots a player wins from MGR. |
