AKs from the blinds, what do you do pre-flop?
Not sure if I've ever really played this correct. 8xBB raise from UTG. This particular UTG is a bit LAG. Re-raise? Flat call?

I would bump it to $6 or $8. I have been burned recently by not pushing AK preflop and this looks like a time when smooth calling to see a flop and then dumping would be a bad idea. Get the money in now before you get bet off the hand on the flop by an AQ making a continuation bet, IMO

If I bumpt to say $7, what's my plan if UTG pushes, or SB for that matter. UTG is quite aggresive and it's very probably he'd push with a wide range of hands. I'd say 99-AA, and AK.

u have 2 choices imo. u can put UTG all in. or u can call which i think is the superior play. it gets u more value out of hands u dominate and allows u to play cheaper oop.
