56 hours and no money from Empire....

I initiated a cashout request of 1K from Empire at 3:30 on Tuesday. It is now 11:30 PM on Thursday and I haven't even been approved for the cashout. I have sent 3 emails to the VIP support staff but haven't seen my money. Just wondered if there was anything else to do? Also, was curious if this was happening to anyone else? And finally, this is a PSA to anyone with regards to the Empire cashier.

Oh, and for comparison's sake I cashed out tonight from Party and the money was in my Neteller account 2 hours after I initiated the request. Rediculous.

LOL thanks, i needed to laugh. Anyways I sent paypro an email and got this reply just now

Now I got my approval email much longer than 1-1.5 hours ago. However I sent them an email right at 22:00 my time, so if that is the time they are using then I should be seeing my funds within the next 45minutes. I'll update as warranted.

I think it is most infuriating that I haven't even been approved. I just checked my last few cashouts and i was always approved instantly. There were even times (back in the good old days before Saturday) that I got my money in Neteller an hour after I initiated the cash out. This makes me worry. This also makes me angry. Empire had little chance of retaining my business...they now have none.

FWIW, I intiated a cashout of $2,387 on Wednesday via Neteller and it hit on Thursday (which screwed me out of the October bonus... oh well).

Personally, I wouldn't worry that they aren't gonna pay you.

I'm not worried, I am just annoyed. Of all the times now is when Empire's customer service should be striving to shine about Party's. They are failing miserably and look like they won't be able to maintain even their level of "quality" customer support.

i did withdraw my money on sunday morning as soon as i read about the party move. just in case. guess my move was right [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
