It's hard to know the percentages or any of that without knowing what the players actually had. I will say this looks like an easy fold when it comes back to the hero.

When AT puts in that big raise, do you really think your two small pair are good? Even if he only has one pair, he's still got three cards to improve, and you're going to have a hard time improving yourself. You're either a little ahead or way behind, and you're in a position where you might have to commit an awful lot of chips to find out which it is. I'd save my money for a better gambling opportunity.

Not that I know anything about pot-limit.

Fold to the raise on 4th. I think this shows the difference between limit and pot-limit quite well. A call or reraise at limit is OK, but at pot-limit you're probably going to go broke on this hand if you don't fold or improve.

You fill up 25% of the time here, and there's a slight chance you're ahead. Given pot odds, seems like an easy call.

sorry, i forgot to post the other players whole cards.
player one had one pair of aces on fourth.
player four had four to a flush.
one ace and ten were showing on fourth.
hero knew there where two other hears out.
knowing what each player had is it still a clear fold with two pair.

Yes. It's a call if you know that player 1 has only aces. It seems likely that player 2 has a four flush here. If player 1 will not play like this without two pair or better, then you should still fold (you need equity of around 0.25 to call here, and your chances are between 0.15 and 0.25 depending on the hands you give to the other players). It would be useful to know what action there was on third street, and any info you have on the other players.
