I don't get away from either of those. I usually just push preflop with the kings, because I am happy to pick up whats in the pot and move on. You are screwed on the second one.

1st hand: Avoidable for sure: it's level 1 and there's a pair on the board. Why bust out?

2nd hand: Real tough one. I woulda been real suspcious of his flat call, but maybe you put him on str8 draw, and he just paired up, or maybe on a flush draw. I don't mind this play too much, but then again maybe he did hit a flush. I don't think you need to worry about not seeing a set... what can ya do...

Sorry... he did hit a flush DRAW so you'd be wise to put him on it and bet out on the turn...
