where to play now?

i was playing on empire for a while, now its a ghost town. i already have an account on partypoker but it doesnt give rakeback. so what site should i play at? my game of choice is 2/4 NL...the most important factors to me are good games and rakeback. i suppose i could do without rakeback if the site has a lot of fish.. it would be a compromise. anyway please help.
