Default Attempt to steal from SB?

What is your attempt to steal from sb? Also post your BB/steal even though it will be a tiny sample for many of us. I think I'm too agressive and in the wrong spots.

My BB/steal from sb is .28. My steal % is 41%. Now that I write this I don't think it's that high. I'm posting it anyway. Thanks,

Krishan

checking my pt since mars i raise 46% hands in sb with a chanse to steal.

i wrote this in an other thread, but since i've improved my poker extreamly much latly i just take stats from last months

the calculations were simpler if it was just from one limit so this is 30k 5/10

469hands 791+ raise (46% sounds higer than what i would recomend)
22 hand -19 call
535hands -1070 fold

1026 hands -298 -0,029bb/100

how do find ASB from SB? I've tried looking at position stats and filtering for SB only, but I don't think I've found ASB. I don't think its raise first in from SB, mine is 11 and I know that's not my ASB from SB.

The filter is, SB and attempt to steal and raised. Divide that by ATTS and called + ATTS and folded + ATTS + raised to get your raise %.

I have 40k hands total in 10-20 6 max.
I have had 1530 opportunites to steal the BB from the SB.

ASB from SB: 56%

Total Winrate: -0.04 BB/hand
Winrate when SB not folded: +0.12 BB/hand
(winrate when SB is folded is, of course, -0.25 BB/hand)

ok, for 46k 5/10 and 10/20:
968 chance to steal and raised
712 chance to steal and folded
53 chance to steal and called

so 56% ASB from SB. FWIW my ASB is 40.6. This is probably a bit on the higher end; I steal a lot but I don't know how to play some of those situations as well as I should postflop.

Also, BB/steal over 968 steals is .17

So can I infer that your winrate in the SB when it is folded to you is about -0.033?

I used to be as tight as you in this spot, maybe even tighter. I loosened up on my steals quite a bit in an attempt to increase my earn. But it has worked against me. With my tiny sample size it's just too hard to say whether I'm just running bad or whether hands like T4s and 87o really lose more than -0.25BB when you attempt to steal with them.
