Default Heads-up preflop idea

Hello all,

At some sites when you play heads up at full (or 6max) table, position wont change and small blind is outofposition through all hand. This is little lame cause it stops action. My idea is to never raise from SB in this set up. Just fold bad hands and call with good hands (910s+, any 2 10 or higher, any pair and that's it) . Reraise from time to time with better hands + bluffs. In position play normal poker, very aggro preflop, reraising many hands.
I think that position 1on1 is that important that if you wil regularly play small pots out of position and big pots in position you will win despite giving many SB's without a fight and having low reraising standards.

Thoughts ?
