Default PP $10+1 MTT, AQ, no substantial reads

Previously, Villain rose to 1200 on my bb and was caught by a shortstack of 1200 with KK. Villain showed A3s.

This hand occurs when I am on button (two hands later). My current stack is 9.5k, blinds are (150/300), Villain Raises in EMP to 1400 of his 3400. Should I push over the top? Let me hear your thoughts.

Two hands ago the villain was on the cutoff and since he opened (i'm assuming) then it was a steal raise and you can't put much emphasis on that due to his position. I believe now that he is raising from an early position that he has a legit hand. A reraise will not get him to fold since he will be getting like 2 to 1 on his money. So the hands I think he has (all assumptions cuz i know nothing) are AA-99, AK, AQ, AJs. Therefore, I think a fold is in order here since your either dominated or overpaired (1 live card).

Previously he was 3 off button, now he's 5 off button. His requirements won't change that substantially. Though he was caught previously. If he's willing to put 1200 in with A3 3 off button, i believe, he can certainly have something like AJ-A9. He doesn't necessarilly have to have AA, KK, QQ or AK, the only hands that dominate me.

Correction, he had 1400 of his 3200 chips. This is a scared raise. He almost certainly doesn't have AA or KK. Only other hands that dominate me are AK or QQ. Other hands in his range would be AQ-A9 (maybe lower aces), KQ-KJ, most pocket pairs (maybe not 22-44). Considering everything. I think you have to make moves to win tourneys. If i call and win, i have 13k, and i can work a big stack. If i call and lose, i will still have 6k. This all depends on what range you put him on. This is only a nonpush if you think he has AK or QQ. Using my range, here are the possible combos of hands, my odds.

1) QQ = 2, 70/30 dog
2) TT-JJ = 6, total = 12, 57/43 dog
3) 66-99 = 6, total = 24, 55/45 dog
4) AK = 12, 3/1 dog
5) AJ-A9, KQ = 12, total = 48, 74/26 fav
6) KJ = 12, 62/38 fav
7) AQ = 9, even money

Total combos = 119

So against his range, i'll win...

(2/119)(30/100) + (12/119)(43/100) + (24/119)(45/100) + (12/119)(1/4) + (48/119)(74/100) + (12/119)(62/100) + (9/119)(1) = .60

Against the above range, i'm a 1.5 to 1 favorite. Do you think the range I set is unreasonable? If you think his range is tighter, tell me why.
