Default Back massager recommendations?

I know someone who has a certain physical attribute that causes them to have a lot of back pain. I want to get them a present to help it for their birthday. They live in a dorm room so it can't be a chair or anything too big. Recommendations please?

Edit: Nevermind. Don't need it anymore.

they sell seat back things that give a good (but sometimes really hard) massage at meijer and walmart, etc. I prefer my gigantic lazy boy recliner with built in massage units.
