Times when u play like [censored] for a few days?

do u guys have those? Not neccarily running bad, more like getting good cards but still losing money cause u play like a donkey? Thats been my last 4 days at least. only down 2 buyins but I feel like i should be up about 6

I'm on one of those myself... up about 100$ past 5 days (like 30 hours of poker), should be up a lot more I think. I don't really know what causes it, it just seems like a string of bad reads which lead to bad calls and bad folds. All the reads seem to be reasonable but are incorrect. So it ends up seeming like you just can't do anything right. It's that and of course running not very well doesn't help either. Generally it leads me to start changing my whole game and tilting, seem to be holding steady this time though.
