Is it still safe to have money in an Empire account?

Any chance of Empire completely going under in the near future and taking everyone's money down with them?

Watch out for the 10% max $200 reload with a one day window.

It is my understanding that IGM-Pay (ie PartyPoker) holds and controls all of the player funds. I'm sure any issues that people are having with cashouts on Empire or Euro are based more on to much volume for their banking systems to keep up. I'd be very surprised if people didn't receive 100% of their funds from any of the skins

I wishdrew several thousand from my empire account when all it when down, just in case. Which I know is kinda dumb, but I cant afford to lose that money, so better safe than sorry. However, im about to depo 1K back in so that I can get the RF bonus, and the $100 bonus, and will take advantage of the $700 bonus when it comes out. Ive switched my play to UB beause I have like a fuckload of bonus dollars there, until this whole RB on party thing settles out, but you can only 3 table there, so I can still find 1 or 2 decent tables on empire and play there at the same time. And even the TAGs there for the most part suck, so its still +EV to play there
