Possible move to Charleston, SC
Well, I'm considering moving to Charleston, SC and was wondering if there were any casinos even remotely nearby. I don't know the area too well so I figured I'd check. It's not a necessity but more of an added perk if they did exist.
Thanks, -Ace |

Nothing in the state. There are a couple of cruise-to-nowhere ships for gambling, one makes port in Myrtle Beach. According to the American Casino Guide, neither of them have poker.

Thanks for the response... looks like online will remain the main playing field.

Re: Possible move to Charleston, SC
there is nothing in the charleston area. there is a/the cherokee casino which is in NC, and there are gambling boats that run from myrtle beach.
regardless of the fact that there are no casinos, this city is amazing. come visit and you won't want to leave. |

[/ QUOTE ] No poker at Cherokee. Hell, no cards in the place at all, even their multiplayer blackjack is done via computer. Hopefully they'll get that new poker type thing in, or at least the poker tables they said they'd have in this time last year, but don't hold your breath. And even if they do, it's a dry county. |
