Getting to the bottom of this: Canada and taxes

I can't find a definite answer. I live in Canada. If poker is my
a) primary source of income
b) secondary source of income

Do I have to pay taxes, and how do I report them?
If anyone could quote legislation or link to tax laws, that would be great.
