How to make the Bison converter work
I know this has been posted before but since it's still being asked at lot, I'm posting this. Party has changed their hand history format somewhat and that is what the converter is tripping over. A small cut and paste is required to get it to work with the current hand histories.
The Bison converter is located at : http://www.selachian.com/tools/bison...hconverter.cgi For Tournaments: The hand histories now looks something like this: ***** Hand History for Game 2354641797 ***** 50/100 Tourney Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL) (Tournament 13885027) - Tue Jul 12 23:05:23 EDT 2005 Table Table 13973 (Real Money) -- Seat 6 is the button Total number of players : 7 ... They used to look like this: ***** Hand History for Game 2338684063 ***** 15/30 TourneyTexasHTGameTable (NL) (Tournament 13801043) - Sat Jul 09 23:33:50 EDT 2005 Table Table 14922 (Real Money) -- Seat 7 is the button Total number of players : 10 So to make it work, change "Tourney Texas Hold'em Game Table" to "TourneyTexasHTGameTable" ... For Ring Games The hand histories now looks something like this: ***** Hand History for Game 2294971027 ***** 0/0 Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL) - Tue Sep 13 17:17:15 EDT 2005 Table Table 55478 (No DP) (Real Money) -- Seat 2 is the button Total number of players : 10 They used to look like this: ***** Hand History for Game 2294971027 ***** 0/0 TexasHTGameTable (NL) - Fri Jul 01 22:09:13 EDT 2005 Table Table 36558 (Real Money) -- Seat 3 is the button So to make it work, change "Texas Hold'em Game Table (NL)" to "TexasHTGameTable (NL)" I've seen a few posts that had formatted hands from pokerhand.org but I haven't had any success with it, perhaps someone who has can post on it. AZK, can you make this stick at the top for 2 or 3 daysso everyone sees this? It's so much easier to comment intelligently on converted hand histories since they usually have so much more data than cobbled together posts. |
