400 nl versus 600 nl IGM sites
(this is 6max)
ok, I did try searching for something like this, I promise wondering if you think there is more money to be won at 400 nl. I've been bouncing between 600 and 400 a lot recently. My only reason for thinking that 400 may be more profitable is that there are always new tables to move to, making good table selection MUCH easier. Personally, over the last 7k hands at 600 nl I'm winning about 2.4ptbb/100 (not big enough sample size I'm aware). over the last 20k hands at 400 nl I've been making 10.4ptBB/100. So I guess what I'm asking is, has anybody with larger sample sizes noticed that the possible PTBB/100 at 400 is high enough to make it a smarter choice than 600?

doesn't it seem a little disturbing that its more profitable to play 400 nl than 600 nl? I don't know...just makes me wonder how long until the 400 nl tables start looking like the 600 nl tables.

wait a second...I'm not sure what you mean by that statement.
do you mean: 1. There will be fish at shorthanded tables long after the fish leave full ring 2. There will be fish at full ring long after the fish leave short handed I'm guessing its #1. So I guess what we're basically saying is that if you graph profit versus skill at 400 nl and again at 600 nl then it is unlikely that at any point is 600nl more profitable than 400 right? Are there people out there with 200k + hands at both 400 nl and 600 nl that make more money at 600?
