Default Lost with AJ

Find me a fold here..

I raise A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG, too agressive TAG 3-bets on the button and I call along with the donkish BB (91/44/1.4 retard).

The flop is T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

We check to Button and call his bet

The turn is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB donks, I should find a fold here?, but I call, Button raises, and we call

River is 4

BB donks again... 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I think you can fold this river. Button has you beat unless you think he could raise KK or KQ on this turn...I don't think he can.

definitely fold the river. I think the turn call is OK b/c you said button's range is wide which means he could have 66+ or KQ/KJ/A9setc. You have a gutter too. You're not too worried about protecting against button's range and you could easily be behind so a call is definitely the play.

For me at least, the flop is the toughest street. I never know what to do in these spots. If TAG has a very wide range there is value in a checkraise. If you think TAG would check behind JJ/QQ/KK on the turn betting probably has value. SOmetimes I play it passively like you did. Anyone have any advice for these spots? I think check/call is probably the best play, treating it as a WA/WB. A lot of the smaller pocket pairs that he has that you beat probably fold to a flop bet anyway.
