Pre-Flop question

Just moved to new table in Party Sunday...215 left of 2430, we are in the money. I have T10,520, avg is T17,000. Blinds are 500-1000 with NO ANTES. No ridiculously short stacks, blinds are both slightly above average stacks. I am dealt 55 UTG+1 at a 9 handed table, whats my action? What about other marginal hands in this spot? 44,66, ATo, AXs, KQ

I never like to get too excited at a new table. I'd say limp but better to possibly raise small...maybe to 2500. That way you're not risking too much of your stack and can get away if someone pops it.
At this point stealing the blinds matters.
