Default Deep stack combat

Prima poker 10+1 R&A

Blinds 400-800
UTG+1 raises to 1800 in (10th in chips) He has about 20K
MP1 calls (8th in chips) 24K
Hero calls with AK (5th in chips) 29K

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG raises half the pot.
MP1 reraises a rather large amount.
(Couldnt get the handhistory)

Hero?

Comforting to hear
The only hands im really afraid of is 77 and 44. AA is unlikely, and I had the K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
What probability would u give a set, without reads?

i'm not worried about UTG, it looks like he tried to steal, and just following up. MP1 might have an ace. The behavior seems somewhat TP/set ish, but with TPTK...i'd rprobably push...

MP1 was kind of aktiv, but not very agressive. I saw him limp in a couple of times, with Ax or pockets, to call small stacks allins.
I almost timed out on the hand but ended up pushing and MP1 instacalled with 44. He really got the implied odds

This really isn't too deepstacked to be honest. If you have position, I'm probably repopping this to ~7-8k and if not, pushing since you have a decent chance of scooping up a nice size pot without a showdown. I like a push more than the big reraise though because if there's a caller, you will see all 5 cards, whereas if someone calls the reraise and he moves in on a rag flop, you would be pretty hard pressed to call.

Also, I'm coming over the top and moving in on this flop.

Yeah, I think your right. Especially given the result I should have made those fours pay dearly preflop.
And I se that its not really "deep", I was thinking of Q instead of M. I think it was a mistake which made me think that I should keep the pot small and limp. That backfired and I was out in 250th. Such ironi!

Atleast the guy with the fours won the turne so I didnt donate my stack to som random donk.

Perfect spot to repop with the AK preflop. That was a weak raise; the caller gives you a great situation to squeeze and a great hand to do so with.
